Xenia Easter Egg Hunt 2023

Churches & Ministries – YOU can be a part!!

For those who would like to volunteer (and adults are definitely needed), please show up at Shawnee Park by 9am on Saturday, April 8. Volunteers will be used to help set up hunt areas, spread out eggs, sort baskets, and handle the registration area.

Churches are invited to participate by having a table/display representing their church and/or children’s ministry. Have invitations for your Easter Sunday services ready. Also, consider having invitations ready for summer programs (like VBS) or info about children’s ministries.

Please also consider donating an Easter basket to be given away. If possible, please note on the basket an age group (Unique Needs, 0-2/prewalkers, 2-4/walkers, 5-8, 9-12). Either deliver baskets by 9am at Shawnee Park OR drop off baskets to Emmanuel Baptist Church before Friday, April 7. It is GOOD to include a Bible, an invite to church, or anything else you think might encourage spiritual conversations. Estimated value of a basket around $30.

The baskets are raffled off (for free) after the Hunt. While families are waiting in the pavilion for the raffle, there is a Gospel presentation suitable for all.
